Food Preparation - Set-up the pantry station to include all cold food items, preparation equipment, plateware, food ingredients, garnishes, and supply items needed for effective operation of the station Must be familiar with all menu items Maintains quality of food product and ensures consistency in food preparation, storage and standards Must be able to “prep” food products for line and banquet consumption, using standardized food preparation techniques Wash, peel, cut and seed vegetables and fruits Store foods in designated areas, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and food spoilage Preps pantry (salads, sandwiches, desserts, ) for service Preparing and properly cooking all items needed for the days operation Prepping for other outlets in the company Above all else provide quality food product that ensures guest satisfaction Must be able speak, read and understand basic cooking directions Experience in similar position within an upscale environment is preferred with a knowledge of high volume kitchen operations Excellent attention to detail, Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks Be able to perform and fill out duties as laid out on checklists and prep sheets Prepares food for the utilization by teammates in the production of ala carte and special event type foods Maintains a clean, neat and sanitized work area

Good Knowledge in kitchen accessories, organizing, assisting to help master chef good knowledge in serving with good pleasing personality, update kitchen inventory status and report the warehouse executive if running out of stock. total work will be around 10 hrs. of work + allowance and OT will be paid if beyond work hours.
