**Job Title: Telecalling Associate - Healthcare (Contractual)**:

- Location: Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Work from Office)_
- Shift: Day Shift | Roster-based (9 AM-6 PM / 10 AM-7 PM / 11 AM-8 PM)_
- Job Type: Contractual / Temporary (12 months)_
- Salary: Up to ₹2,00,000 per annum_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers for tele and video consultation scheduling.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely conversion.
- Assign medical cases to doctors based on availability and language preference.
- Ensure scheduled callbacks are executed as per timelines.
- Conduct feedback calls and maintain accurate customer records.
- Adhere to quality standards and complete tasks assigned by management.
- Work on a rotational shift schedule (as per process needs).

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling and outbound calling is mandatory.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
**Language**: Proficiency in English is required.
**Location**: Must be located in or able to commute to Noida Sector 16.
**Skills**: Strong communication, time management, and basic computer proficiency.
