The Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service by greeting, seating, and guiding them through their dining experience. The role requires a friendly, welcoming personality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and reservations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Greet and Seat Guests**: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, manage waiting lists, and escort them to their seats, ensuring their comfort.
- **Manage Reservations**: Take phone calls and manage online bookings, efficiently coordinating guest reservations to optimize seating arrangements and minimize wait times.
- **Guest Relations**: Address guest inquiries and complaints courteously, escalating issues when necessary to provide a positive experience.
- **Communication with Staff**: Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and optimal table turnover.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Provide guests with menu information, offer suggestions, and answer questions about dietary restrictions or special menu items.
- **Assist with Special Events**: Support special events or high-traffic periods by assisting with setup, coordination, and guest seating arrangements.
- **Cash and Billing Support**: Occasionally assist with billing or cash handling if required, following proper procedures.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and remain calm under pressure.
- **Appearance**: Presentable and professional, maintaining a well-groomed appearance.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable moving around the restaurant and assisting guests with seating arrangements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
