The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a pleasant dining experience. Responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring efficient guest flow in the restaurant.
**Interview: In person( Face to Face Only)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests using reservation software or a manual log.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest seating.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with managing the waitlist and providing wait times when necessary.
- Answer phone calls related to reservations, directions, or general inquiries.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and appreciated throughout their visit.
- Adhere to restaurant policies and health & safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, welcoming attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
- Basic computer and reservation system skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standing for long periods.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Interaction with guests and staff regularly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
