Junior Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**: Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide detailed information on the University’s UG and PG courses, admission process, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**: Identify and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and assist in converting leads into applicants by guiding them through the admission process.
- **Counseling and Information Dissemination**: Offer guidance on course selection, career opportunities, and entry requirements based on the student’s academic background and preferences.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system, track leads, and report on call outcomes.
- **Schedule Counseling Sessions**: Coordinate with prospective students and schedule one-on-one counseling sessions or webinars with senior faculty members or admission counselors.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospective students and parents to improve communication strategies and the admissions process.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the admissions team to meet recruitment targets, share insights, and refine outreach strategies.
- Any further requirements as and when assigned by the Team Leader.

Pay: From ₹21,500.00 per month
