- Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications. Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address any quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Production Planning: Collaborate with management and other departments to develop production schedules, set production goals, and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply and distribution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track production metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Troubleshooting: Address any operational issues or equipment malfunctions that may arise during production. Coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve technical problems and minimize downtime.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory logs, and employee records. Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate performance and make informed decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, increase productivity, and streamline operations. Encourage innovation and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Fresher BE (ANY SPECIALIZATION) OR 2+ years of experience Diploma BE EEE,ECE in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, manufacturing (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions under pressure, and solve problems effectively
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
