The Service Center Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers at a Toyota dealership or service center. This role is responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and supporting the service team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the service center.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle status, and general information.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently using dealership systems.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the database.
- Communicate customer needs and service requests clearly to service advisors and technicians.
- Manage waiting area cleanliness and provide refreshments or information as needed.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining service records.
- Adhere to all Toyota and dealership policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
