Urgent hiring for Sales Officer

Profile

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales and promotional activities across 4-5 blocks of the assigned district or nearby districts.
- Daily field visits to **8-10 retailers** and submission of **Daily Sales Reports (DSR)**.
- Regular visits to dealers to generate demand through **farmers’ meetings, product demonstrations, and field activities**.
- Expected to travel approximately **100 km per day (minimum 2,500 km per month)**.
- Maintain strong liaison with the **Agriculture Department** of the state government.
- Regular visits to **Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), agricultural research stations, and sugar factories** in the operational area.
- Achieve **monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales targets** assigned by the management.
- qualifications : BSC Agriculture/ horticulture or agriculture diploma
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Marketing of agro inputs preference will be given to fertilizer marketing
