Job Family Descriptor
To Manage Fibre Operations in Chennai by leading the offroll, vendor teams and deliver the SLA/KPI’s. Drive the vendor resources for the patrolling, manpower deployments at work locations for close monitoring. Co-ordinate with the authorities, vendors and JCB operators to improve the liaisoning. Maintain and implement the strict safety norms as prescribed by the customer and ensure zero incident. Maintain the fibre loss and fibre integrity SLA’s as required by the customer.
