4) Payment receipt from Customer’s in SAP.

5) Preparation of GST and TDS returns file.

6) Salary processing

7) Submission of statutory information to Tax consultant to process ESIC, PF, Prof Tax and Income tax.

8) PBG processing, follow up for PBG and closure of PBG.

9) Bank reconciliation.

10) Fixed Assets stock take with 100% accuracy.

11) Develop Material Stock take procedure and auditing of the same.

12) Banking export/ Import related procedure.

13) System automation to improve the departments productivity.

14) Deploy Integrated management system (QMS and EHS).

15) Customer focus - On time payment

16) MIS reporting to management

**Good verbal and written communication skills.**

**Need to be vigilant in the area of work.**

**Initially when work load for Accounts and Finance is low, need to do domestic dispatches.**

**The necessary training will be provided for the same.**

**Do formalities for Domestic dispatches**

a) Understand the dispatch conditions stated in the Sales Order like Payment terms, Freight, Dispatch destination, SEZ, Export from customer end.

b) Arrive at size of truck/ tempo wrto packing details.

c) Negotiate transport cost with transporter/ arrive at rate contract.

d) Invoicing of material appropriately considering Transport cost, Insurance and Tax treatment etc.

e) Provide information to Transporter to prepare LR.

f) Prepare E Way bill.

g) Load Truck and handover over related documents to Transporter.

h) Upload LR no in SAP system

i) Submit related documents to Bank if payment is through Bank.

j) Submit full set of documents to customer for payment.

k) Mail dispatch details to customer.

l) Submit Transporter’s bill to Accounts.

m) Need to have good communication between Production, QA and Customer

n) Filing GST returns for Sales on monthly basis.

o) MIS reporting to management.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
