**Job Title: On-Site Intern - Content Creation, Marketing, SEO Strategy and Admin department**

**Location**: Avhad Enterprises, Indira Nagar, Nashik

**Stipend**:5000 per month

**Work Hours**: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

**Role Overview**

We are looking for enthusiastic college students to join our team as on-site interns. This role spans **Content Creation**, **Marketing and Analytics**, and **SEO Strategy**, providing a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while building practical skills under the guidance of industry professionals.

**Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation**
- **Blog Creation**: Research and develop engaging blog posts on diverse topics.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Assist in planning, organizing, and maintaining a structured content schedule.
- **Case Studies and Testimonials**: Compile, design, and present client success stories and testimonials.
- **Website Content Research & Creation**: Write customised content for web pages, aligned with audience needs.
- **Content Writing**: Create engaging and concise content for social media, blogs, and other platforms.

**2. Marketing and Analytics**
- **Presentation Decks and Pitches**: Collaborate on visually appealing and persuasive presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Social Media Profile Management**: Oversee and update company profiles across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- **Social Media Advertising**: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns.
- **Google Ads Setup**: Support the creation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Perform competitor and market analysis to generate actionable insights.
- **Business Reports Generation**: Organise data to produce comprehensive reports for internal and external use.
- **Workflow Creation**: Design and refine workflows for improved operational efficiency.

**3. SEO Strategy**
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimise website pages for search engine performance, focusing on keyword integration and content structure.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Contribute to backlink strategies and partnerships to enhance online authority.
- **Keyword Research**: Identify high-impact keywords and analyze search trends to drive visibility.
- **Local SEO Optimization**: Develop strategies and content tailored to local audiences to improve visibility in regional searches.

**4. Administrative Support**
- **Documentation Management**: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist with team schedules, meetings, and coordination of activities.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Accurately input data and prepare reports for various teams.
- **Office Support Tasks**: Provide general office support, such as inventory management or resource allocation, as required.

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with tools like **ChatGPT** for content creation, ideation, and SEO optimization.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Interest in learning and using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.
- Creative thinking and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Eligibility**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related fields.
- Must be available for a full-time internship on-site for 3-6 months.
- Open to students with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Enthusiastic about working in a professional office setting.
