Only raw materials enter Subko's roastery: all of the coffee and bakehouse products are crafted from scratch, in house. From crop to cup, bean to bar, and farm to table. We are on the lookout for young. motivated individuals to join our growing team in the kitchen, front of house service and as baristas.

**About the job**:

- Oversee operations of Cacao vertical between production locations, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to facilitate efficient post production logistics, packaging, and movement of the Cacao products to various distribution channels and points of sale.
- Maintain and follow internal systems for chocolate requisitioning between locations, tracking inventory levels, and streamlining distribution processes.
- Maintain and verify production input and output logs, tracking batch numbers and following FIFO practices.
- Collaborate with the product development team and other internal teams to facilitate the roll out of new menu drops/launches across locations.
- Support event operations and planning for trade shows, tastings, and promotional events, ensuring smooth logistics and on-site setup.
- Facilitate corporate/bulk orders, coordinating with production team, packaging team, design team and logistics departments.
- Coordinate with labs for product testing, ensuring compliance, managing sample collection, and reporting.
- Overall, the main focus of this role is Operational Management and Administrative Support for the Cacao vertical products.
