**Position**: Senior Consultant
- Communication and Brand Strategist

**Location**:Pune Full-time

Company is now looking for its Senior Consultant
- Communication and Brand Strategist to join the team at Pune, India. They are expected to work directly under the CEO and support in development and management of all communications related directions of the company, its internal verticals, and partners.

**Position Summary As a Senior Consultant**:

- Communication and Brand Strategist, they will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication plans to enhance the organisation's mission, promote its services, and engage with clients, stakeholders, and the general public. They will play a crucial role in managing the company's external and internal communication activities, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across various channels and platform.

**Reports to CEO**

Essential Responsibilities & Functions
- Co-develop and implement communication strategies and action plans: Create comprehensive communication plans that align with the GroundUp’s goals and objectives. These plan should cover both internal and external communications.
- Brand management: Maintain and enhance the GroundUp’s image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Content writing, editing and designing: Support content writing, editing and design of GroundUp’s communication and knowledge materials for appropriate audiences. Also supporting developing event messaging, promotional materials, and postevent communications.
- Content creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, technical publications, and blogs. Ensure content is informative, relevant, and tailored to different target audiences in consultation with CEO and vertical heads.
- Social media management: Support managing of social media platforms and develop and implement ideas to increase engagement, followers, and GroundUp’s mission and partner awareness. Monitor social media trends, notes to comment and messages, and support manage social media campaigns.
- Support and assist grassroots organisations: Engage in improving communications, and social media engagements, including capacity building initiatives focusing on enhancing communications for all grassroot partners
- Consult with CEO and vertical heads to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in communications or in a similar role, preferably in the consulting industry or development sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Proficiency in developing and executing communication engagements across various channels.
- Familiarity with content management systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Design Software (Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop, Canva, and or relevant)
- Team player and ability learn and adapt to fast paces worked environment
- Ability to engage with grassroots organisations team
- Willingness to travel and spend time in remote locations across limited facilities

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
