**1) Job Purpose**:
**To ensure smooth operations of Primary Exports through accurate order entry, invoicing, collection and reporting.**

**2) Job Context & Major Challenges**:
Job Context: Responsible for backoffice and front office operations from order entry to collection for Primary Exports business. The only CSS position handling close of half the volume that Hindalco produces.

Job Challenges: Dealing with customers all across the globe working in different time zones. Managing collection of INR 15,000 Cr.

**Supporting Actions**

Collection

Responsible of INR ~15,000 Crore collection which includes working through the complete cycle of provisional invoicing, final invoicing, collection/payment of differences between provisional and collection, coordination with CFD, Treasury, Sales, Logistics and customers.

Follow up with CHA/Logistics for B/L. Ensuring timely submission of documents to customer for timely payment.

Order entry in CRM system

Responsible for entry of orders of ~ 6,50,000 Tons of metal to enables timely dispatches

MIS and Compliance
- Daily, monthly, quarterly shipment reporting, stock and sale
- Updating the Primary Exports master file
- Providing inputs/data to BFM for NR calculations
- Providing collection projections to Finance team and revising those as per actual shipments
- Maintaining exports contract repository
- Co-ordination with Auditors for Sales Order queries
- Preparation of presentations.

Admin

Supporting SBU head with administrative requirements around travel bookings - reservation of Air tickets, Hotel / guesthouse and arranging Car, meetings rooms etc.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-6 Years
