**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Designation
- “Sales Coordinator”**
- Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation, and communicating relevant information.
- Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Efficiently responds to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Need to prepare sales presentations for sales team.
- Designing and executing sales campaigns.
- Collating and analyzing the daily sales report.
- Co-coordinating between other departments and the client to provide the service most
Suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
- Working closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- You are required to prepare reports on progress within the department and outline any development strategies to improve.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
- Serve as advisor to employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns
- Organizing and maintaining all documents and files systematically in hard as well as soft copy
- Any other responsibility given by the HOD.
**Requirement**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel etc.
- Familiarity with the security services industry, especially in the Pune region.
- Proven leadership experience in a sales environment.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement.
- Owns a bike and is willing to travel as per company requirements.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Salary: - 25,000 - 35,000**
