**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Performance Marketer & Social Media Marketer to join our team at Murraad Creatives & Co. As a fresher, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop and execute effective campaigns across various digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and follower growth.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging content.

**2.Performance Marketing**:

- Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate, return on investment).
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**3.General Marketing Support**:

- Assist with other marketing activities as needed, such as content creation, SEO, and market research.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**2.Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹11,185.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Facebook Advertising: 1 year (preferred)
