Ensure work progress on the assigned site/s within agreed timelines, budgeted cost, of proper quality, as per specifications and with correct site measurements and necessary details.
- Should be able to work on BOQs
- Draw up detailed Weekly Site Execution Schedule and review with Seniors/Director during weekly review meetings.
- Submit weekly progress reports for all projects to HO.
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings with all corporate teams for the issue of proper drawings and other details to minimize last-minute upheaval or requirements and to ensure smooth functioning for all involved.
- Liaison with clients and follow up on-site discussions and decisions.
- Coordinate and raise material requisition in advance on a weekly basis along with projected requirements for efficient resource planning.
- Record and maintain on-site material stocks along with supporting documents. Data to be updated and filed in a centralized stock management system.
- Analyze, raise concerns and take necessary steps to ensure work progress on site does not suffer for any reason.
- Perform Project Cost Control.
- Ensure timely and correct payments to contractors and vendors.
- Checking, reconciliation, and certification of all bills submitted by contractors as per BOQ and site measurements.
- Checking, reconciliation, and certification of all bills submitted by vendors as per PO and material receipt at the site.
- Getting approvals from the Client as per project requirements.
- Accurately maintain and file all supporting documents within established timeframes for contractor and vendor payments.
- Ensure HSE policy compliances at all times.
- Ability to work as an individual as well as a team member.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with execution head, design, procurement, and factory teams.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Strong knowledge of materials and construction techniques.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum work experience of 03 years.

**Salary**: ₹11,002.44 - ₹28,871.97 per month
