**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop and deliver digital strategies that support sales and marketing, strengthening client connectivity and building brand awareness.
- Be responsible for the operational performance and improvement of the end-to-end lead flow, including creation, scoring, routing, and nurturing.
- Understand specific data management requirements and ensure marketing automation standard operating procedures comply and are enforced.
- Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Proactively monitor results to gauge campaign effectiveness, and regularly seek ways to improve outcomes from marketing activity.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media or any related field.
- Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and drive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
