Qualifications:

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential or existing customers to promote products and services.
- Needs Identification: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling pitches and handle objections effectively to influence buying decisions.
- Lead Generation: Qualify prospects for potential conversion.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain contact with leads for conversion and customer engagement.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Target Achievement: Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
- Customer Support: Address basic product queries or concerns and guide customers accordingly.
