**Resposibilities**
- **Character Animation**: Create expressive and believable character animations that convey emotion, personality, and movement. This includes keyframe animation, character posing, and lip-syncing.
- **Storyboard Interpretation**: Translate storyboard panels and animatics into fluid and dynamic animation sequences, ensuring continuity and coherence with the overall narrative and visual style.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, art directors, and other members of the animation team to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure that animation assets meet quality standards and deadlines.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency in animation software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or Autodesk Maya. Familiarity with rigging and 3D animation techniques is a plus.
- **Feedback and Iteration**:Incorporate feedback from directors, supervisors, and clients to refine and improve animation sequences. Iterate on animations as needed to achieve desired results.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct quality assurance checks on animation sequences to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications and technical requirements.
- **Time Management**: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and production milestones. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an animator, with a portfolio showcasing strong animation skills and creative talent.
- Proficiency in animation software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or Autodesk Maya.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques, including character animation, timing, and motion dynamics.
- Excellent artistic skills, including drawing, sketching, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor’s degree in animation, fine arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in the animation industry or related fields (preferred).
- Creative, tech savvy and passionate team player.
