We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team for the US shift. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and support our sales and customer service efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers based on provided lists or leads.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or scheduled appointments.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and conversion rates.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance team performance.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism during all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
