- Server Management Includes support for monitoring of servers for Data center, operating system, configuration, fault analysis and troubleshooting support with the help of Monitoring tool
Data Centre Operations Support 24 X 7 Physical Server Management and Profile creation, Installation, Configuration of Physical Servers Using HP One View Appliance
Monitoring of DC, DR, NDR servers 24*7 proactive monitoring of all the Servers in the CUSTOMER Data Center.
Availability of the Server Hardware pre-failure and post-failure
24*7 proactive monitoring of Servers Located at NDR, DR by DC Support team situated at Primary DC.
Perform reinstallation of OS with the help of onsite team/CUSTOMER team arising due to incidents of OS crashes or problems where a reinstallation is required
Performance monitoring of Servers using tool Disk space utilization
Memory utilization
CPU utilization
Ping Availability of Server
Network utilization related to the server
Performance reporting of servers and other devices hosted in DC
Scheduling of reports and communicated to stakeholders on regular intervals
Critical NT services, Process monitoring
Validate the alerts for False-Positives.
Log tickets in the Service Desk system for valid alert.
Monitoring devices using defined Polling Frequency
Validate the alerts for False-Positives.
Server/Device outage alerts monitoring
Vendor Management Log calls with respective vendors and Coordinate with OEM/Hardware Vendors for Hardware/Firmware/OEM related calls.
Keep track Response and Resolution Times.
Reporting Server availability reports - Daily, Monthly
Server Performance Report - Daily, Monthly
Change Management Report - Monthly
Incident Report
- Weekly

Data Centre Management Kyndryl Responsibilities
Provision of onsite personnel to enforce security policies and practices.
Tracking of the data center access log.
Proactively troubleshoot incidents in the data center as they relate to monitoring alarms or conditions.
Provide regular reports detailing changes, exceptions, or incidents within, or relating to data center.
Perform Jobs uploads / download of files as per SOP’’s
Provide documentation detailing data center room layouts, physical location of the data center
Provide detailed technical specifications describing the Server/STG/NETWORK Devices in DC infrastructure.
Provide authorized list that specifies which users are authorized to enter the CUSTOMER Data Center
Provide Security Personnel and be responsible for all physical security
Daily activity checklist update
Daily errors detection and incidents reports of the activities
Datacenter (Other Tasks) Server Management & monitoring Remotely from DC 24 X 7
Kyndryl will do necessary vendor coordination for hardware support.
Record up to date information like configuration details, serial number, asset code, warranty and AMC status for all IT assets of CUSTOMER as per the scope defined in this document.
Monitor warranties to check adherence to preventive and repair maintenance terms and conditions
Maintain latest record of all IT peripherals and add on accessories.
Submit report on Centralized Inventory database at Monthly basis to CUSTOMER.
Log calls with vendors and follow up for the resolution of the same.
Timely escalate to CUSTOMER in case of any non-conformance of SLA by vendor
NDR Support 1. Co-ordination with ISP for Network related issues
2. Coordination for any Electrical and UPS Battery issues after Office hour, Weekend and Holidays in absence of Onsite BMS support team
3. Monitoring of AC & UPS, RP & RC Panel Units in absence of electrician.
4. Supporting for Critical data restoration of recordings/databases of AQM, ASPECT, Intellicon servers
5. Monitoring the Net Vault Server Application
6. Co-ordinate with Backup admin for Tape in and Tape out for on premise & offsite media movement.
2. Monitoring of VMware V-center DC/DR
3. Communication with all App owner for Server restart activity post Monthly Patch Management/AV Updation issues.
4. Co-ordinating with Infra teams to take weekly logs backup for respective domains of critical devices/servers etc.
5. Supporting Vendor teams for CUSTOMER New DC migration activity.
