**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Design & Leadership**:Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Define architectural principles, patterns, and standards.
- **Cloud-Native Development**:Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory).
- **Microservices & API Development**:Develop and maintain robust microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
- **Technical Guidance & Mentorship**:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring code quality, adherence to standards, and effective problem-solving.
- **Performance Optimization & Scalability**:Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance throughput, responsiveness, and scalability.
- **Security & Compliance**:Implement robust security measures, ensure secure coding practices, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- **DevOps & CI/CD**:Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated testing, building, and deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

- **Extensive Experience**:Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- **Java & Spring Boot Expertise**:Deep understanding of core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- **Azure Cloud Proficiency**:Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture patterns.
- **Architectural Principles**:Expertise in software design patterns, architectural styles (e.g., microservices, cloud-native), and best practices.
- **Database Knowledge**:Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- **DevOps & Containerization**:Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- **Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills**:Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- **Communication & Leadership**:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
