The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that not only enhance our brand presence but also drive lead generation and conversion. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a results-driven approach to meet daily targets and effectively close leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted marketing efforts and initiatives.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and effective closing of sales.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and lead conversion rates.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, including ROI, lead conversion metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and lead conversion strategies.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve daily targets and convert leads into business opportunities.
