**Job Description
- MIS Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Domain -** Finance & Accounting
- MIS

**Experience -** 0-3 years in MIS reporting or a similar role

**Location -** Sector
- 62, Noida (On-Site)

**Working Days-** Monday - Friday

**Shift Timings-**Rotational Shifts

**Qualification-** Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Arts or related field.

**Job Description -**
- Collect, consolidate, and validate daily/weekly/monthly timesheets from employees.
- Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports related to productivity, hours worked, project allocation, and billing.
- Analyze variances in timesheet data and provide insights on cost and efficiency.
- Coordinate with accounting and HR teams for accurate payroll and invoicing based on timesheet entries.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to support management decisions.
- Identify discrepancies and follow up with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process using timesheet data.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.

**Skills Required -**
- Good English & Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis tools).
- Knowledge of ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager and Yardi is plus.
- MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced Entries as, Pivot table, VLOOKUP / H lookup)
- Highly Responsible person who understands the criticality of meeting the deadlines
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems, an out-of-the-box thinker.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with timesheet management tools or project tracking software.
- Experience in preparing reports for billing and resource utilization.
