Remote 12+ Months Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire portals (Quote and Buy portal for policyholders, Account Management portal for policyholders) - Proficient in analyzing system & functional specifications, use cases, business requirements, and business rules to prepare test schedules, identify test requirements, design test cases, test scripts, test data, test plans, and execute test runs - Good experience with Test Design tools such as Selenium or similar for test automation - Must be an expert Agile practitioner - Sprint planning for sprint cycles by conducting user story estimates & capacity planning, conducting daily scrum meetings and 3 amigos meeting, experience in retro meetings - Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Experience in preparing test estimates, test strategies for manual and automated testing, SIT & UAT test plans, business scenarios and test cases - Proficient in risk profiling, risk-based testing approach, shift-left testing approach, CI/CD, Defect Management and Defect Triage - Strong knowledge of working with QTP to automate testing and good working experience with performance tools like LoadRunner, and Test Management tools like HP Quality Center, Bugzilla, JIRA - Expert in Insurance Domain - strong hands-on knowledge in Guidewire and Duckcreek products - Optional - Strong in in Web Service testing involving XML Parsing and Webservice API Automation experience with Ready API - Hands on knowledge in VB scripts, Excel Macros

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹25,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QA Testing: 7 years (preferred)
- Guidewire: 8 years (preferred)
