We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as **Tele Sales Executives**, responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service through telephonic interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calls to promote and sell pet care products and services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable product recommendations.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- **Handling Inquiries**: Address customer queries regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and past customers to drive repeat business.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- **Cross-Selling & Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year** of experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales (preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce).
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills** in English and local languages.
- **Passion for pets** and pet products is an added advantage.
- Strong **persuasion skills** and ability to handle objections.
- **Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office** is preferred.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven** environment.
