Job Description: Level Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create engaging and immersive levels aligned with gameplay mechanics and narrative goals.
- Develop layouts, gameplay scenarios, and optimize levels for performance on various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with artists, writers, and developers to deliver cohesive and memorable gaming experiences.
- Iterate on designs based on player feedback, playtesting, and internal reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to level design.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in level design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in level design tools such as Unreal Engine or Unity, along with scripting capabilities.
- Strong understanding of spatial design, gameplay flow, and player engagement techniques.
- Knowledge of environment designing, hard surface modeling, and texturing.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality level design work that demonstrates creativity and technical expertise.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on AAA or mobile game titles.
- Familiarity with optimizing levels for diverse hardware configurations.
- Passion for creating player-centric and innovative gaming experiences.
