Responsibilities: - Leverage your product and technology domain expertise to deepen your understanding of our users and industry landscape. - Influence product vision and strategy, aligning your work with long-term goals and objectives. - Lead customer research initiatives to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation. - Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions that address user needs and business objectives. - Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and documentation to communicate design concepts and specifications to stakeholders. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation. - Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across products and platforms.
What we are looking for: - 2+ years + SaaS Experience. - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred. - Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. (Figma is our primary tool)Demonstrated knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and industry trends. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence product decisions. - Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation. - Curiosity with a strong bias for action. Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment
You'll stand out if you have: - Hands on experience with AI productivity tools - Vibe coded your designsExperience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment - Familiarity with customer experience and contact center operations
