**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Senior HR Executive - BPO Hiring** to join our team. If you have a strong background in **end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, and talent acquisition** for **International Voice & Non-Voice BPO roles**, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in **sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent** while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in mass hiring, job portals, and interview coordination will help us build a strong and skilled workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for **International Voice & Non-Voice BPO roles**.
- **Bulk Hiring & Walk-in Drives**: Plan and execute **mass hiring campaigns, job fairs, and walk-in drives** to meet hiring targets.
- **Offer Management & Negotiation**: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- **Hiring Metrics & Reporting**: Track and analyze **recruitment KPIs**, prepare reports, and optimize hiring strategies for better efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **4+ years of experience** in **BPO hiring** (International Voice & Non-Voice).
- Proven expertise in **bulk hiring, walk-in drives, and mass recruitment**.
- Strong knowledge of **job portals, social media hiring, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills**.
- Familiarity with **HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations**.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, target-driven** work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in **BPO, KPO, or ITES industry hiring**.
- Strong **networking skills** and established industry connections.
- Experience handling **walk-in drives, job fairs, and large-scale hiring events**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
