**About this Role**:
We're looking for an extremely talented Education Partnerships Associate who is extremely customer-centric and is excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment. You will be responsible for communicating with Schools and Colleges to promote and sell the nexMark educational products and services.

**Note**:Graduate/MBA with experience of Marketing/Sales under the Education industry will be preferred.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Should have strong relations with Schools and Colleges to promote nexMark learning programs
- Liaising with Principals/Vice principals/Admin/Director/TPO or any authorized person of that particular School/College
- Open to travel extensively across the city to increase nexMark reach
- Manage the partnership process including, initiation, onboarding, and ongoing support
- Should be responsible for creating brand awareness amongst the students of onboarded Schools and Colleges
- The role will involve onboarding Schools and Colleges, sourcing relevant students & managing the entire sales life cycle including branding, lead generation, and revenue generation.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Should have strong relations with Schools and Colleges
- Graduate / MBA with experience of B2B Sales will be preferred
- Be an effective communicator
- You've worked with targets and timelines in the past - with incentives
- Track record of achieving at least 80% of the targets in the last 1 year

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
