**About the Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airline Ticket Booking Executives for a US-based process. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in the travel and tourism sector while developing sales and communication skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and queries.
- **Sales Focus**: Understand customer needs and recommend the best travel options and deals to meet their requirements, ensuring upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolve customer concerns promptly, providing a seamless experience throughout the booking process.
- **Data Management**: Accurately enter and manage customer information in the booking system.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers to ensure post-booking satisfaction and address any additional requirements.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, including maintaining customer confidentiality and following quality assurance protocols.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in English with a clear, neutral accent.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to drive sales and achieve targets.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Ability to handle customer inquiries patiently and professionally.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic computer knowledge with the ability to navigate CRM and booking software efficiently.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
