**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Healthcare Recruiter** with 2-3 years of proven experience in hospital, IVF, or clinical recruitment. The role involves sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical functions to ensure smooth staffing and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for doctors, nurses, embryologists, paramedical staff, counselors, and administrative roles.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure **timely closure of positions**.
- Support HR in employee engagement and retention activities when required.

**Skills & Competencies Required**:

- **2-3 years of recruitment experience** in healthcare/IVF/hospital setup (mandatory).
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
