**Job Title**: Domestic Healthcare Recruiter

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hospitals to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain a database of qualified healthcare professionals for future staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in recruiting for hospitals or healthcare institutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
