Urgently Required Customer Relations Executive for

**_Role: _** The Customer Relations Executive is a Customer Service role ensuring co-ordination with patients and /or their relatives as per the standards laid down by the company. They will be required to travel around the city (inter-state/ inter-city too) and co-ordinate with all the partner associates for a smooth experience.
They must possess good communication skills and be fluent in English / Hindi.
**_Responsibility: _**
1. Ensure efficient, accurate and on-time service as listed below:
a. Arrange transport as specified by the patient’s package for airport pickup
b. Receive the Patient and Attendant from the airport
c. Hotel check-in or
d. Hospital Admittance
e. Hospital Services coordination
f. Tourism
g. Other Services Coordination
i. Pharma
ii. Diagnostics
iii. Special Care
2. Good Communication
3. Customer Feedback Management
4. CRM Data Updating
5. Support Marketing Initiatives
6. Training
7. Partnerships & Alliances
a. Private Medical Institutions etc.
b. Tourism Institutions - Hotels etc.
c. Govt. Institutions
d. Quasi Govt Institutions i.e., Tourism Associations
e. Peer to Peer Associations
f. Doctors & Clinics
g. Diagnostics Centers
h. Special Care Centers
i. All Medical Support Entities
8. Process Improvement Feedback and Continuous Process Improvements.
**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
