We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our team, who will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential clients and helping them realize their vision through our design services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of all the services offered by the company to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Contact Management: Regularly update and manage a list of contact details for prospective clients.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about current market trends to provide better service and relevant advice to customers.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions through our products and services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update management on progress and performance expectations through structured meetings.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect in all interactions, regardless of the behavior of others.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of every customer interaction and sales activity for future reference.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience:

- At least 0.6months of experience in tele calling or Fresher or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (required)
