**Role**:
We're seeking a passionate and creative Design & Production Intern to join our dynamic team This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final product, while also developing valuable customer relations skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**Design Stack**
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in fabrics, techniques, and design inspiration.
- Translate research insights into original sketches and designs for new products.
- Experiment with and select appropriate fabrics, colours, patterns, and textures for each design, considering aesthetics and functionality.
- Create mood boards, storyboards, and sample presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.

**Customer Relations**:

- Present design concepts, including mood boards, colour palettes, and fabric samples, to buyers and clients.
- Style and showcase designs to walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into the design process.

**Production**:

- Assist in streamlining the production process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure design specifications are met.
- Learn about quality control and production management techniques.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred).
- Strong sketching and design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A passion for fashion and a desire to learn.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
