**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver comprehensive training on Tally (all modules) including Accounting, Inventory, GST, Payroll, TDS, and MIS reports

Train participants on effective communication skills, professional behavior, and interpersonal skills

Provide technical support and backend assistance to internal teams

Coordinate with clients for post-training support, queries, and feedback

Customize training content based on audience requirements

Prepare training materials, conduct assessments, and track learner progress

Address and resolve any functional issues related to Tally

Provide ongoing support to both internal teams and external clients

**Requirements**:
In-depth knowledge of Tally ERP9/Tally Prime and its functionalities

Prior experience in soft skills training or personality development coaching

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in client coordination and backend functional support

Ability to manage multiple batches or teams effectively

Problem-solving attitude with a learner-focused mindset

**Note**:
**Support will be provided to both internal and external teams.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
