**Position Title: Hostess**

*ob Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart.

2. Manage reservations and seating assignments to ensure efficient use of dining space and timely service.

3. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

4. Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure a smooth flow of service.

5. Monitor the dining room to ensure all guests are receiving attentive service and address any concerns or special requests.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the hostess station and surrounding areas.

7. Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or reservations.

8. Assist with taking to-go orders and packaging items for pickup.

9. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

9. Knowledge of reservation management software is a plus.

10. Must adhere to grooming and dress code standards.

**Working Conditions**:
1. Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and team members.

2. May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
