**About the Role**:
We are looking for Research Associates who possess a flair for research across platforms, both for conventional media and social media platforms. You’ll work closely with a team of in-house Head Coaches and help the students with appropriate school information. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from an extraordinary team, grow massively and to help students around the globe build an awesome career for themselves.

**What you will do**:

- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must have a basic knowledge of international universities
- Understanding of program and country selection in line with student profile
- Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work with diverse skill-set
- Must be self-directed and able to make decisions independently
- Must have prior experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations

**What you will need**:

- 0 to 2 years of work experience
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Familiar with best practices for conducting research
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and aggressive deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to understand the target audience, and research for content accordingly
