JUST IN TIME has over 55 plus stores across India to offer the best daily wear, luxurious, fashionable, and smartwatches. **Outline of the Job** We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and sales for our business. **Job Location: Malad** **Job Timing: 10.30am to 9.30pm** **Salary: 16000 - 18000** **Experience: 1 yrs >** **Weekly Off: Monday - Thursday Rotational (No W/Offs on weekends, Holidays)** **Responsibilities** - Greet and direct customers - Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) - Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services - Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing - Cross-sell products - Ensure racks are properly displayed and fully stocked - Manage returns of merchandise - Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) - Inform customers about discounts and special offers - Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager - Stay up-to-date with new products/services **Requirements and skills** - Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role - Understanding of the retail sales process - Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles - Basic math skills - Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships - Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
