As a Retail Sales Officer at our jewelry store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. You will assist customers with their jewelry purchases, provide product expertise, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized assistance and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Offer expert advice on jewelry selection, including diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- **Sales Performance**:

- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on promotions, sales strategies, and industry trends.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain thorough knowledge of jewelry products, including their features, benefits, and care.
- Educate customers on product details and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Store Presentation**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in merchandising and product displays to attract and engage customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- **Transaction Handling**:

- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and repairs following store policies.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all store policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the merchandise.
- Follow protocols to prevent theft and loss.
