**Job Summary**:
As a Retail Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in creating a delightful customer experience at the store. You will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, managing customer relationships, and maintaining store aesthetics while upholding the brand values. You will also be expected to maintain knowledge of jewelry collection, assist customers with their selections, and provide personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their jewelry needs.
- Assist customers in choosing and purchasing jewelry, explaining product features, pricing, and offering recommendations.
- Meet individual and store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new designs and collections.
- Collaborate with the store management team to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve overall sales objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
- Previous retail or sales experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Must reside in or near the Thane or Seawoods area.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a retail sales role in a premium brand or jewelry store.
