**Job Profile**

1Regularly accompany the SSEs and sometimes the SOs

2To keep market outstanding in control as per decided Rules

3To keep Discounts in control as per decided Rules

4To ensure that Weekly cycle of Sales is strictly adhered to

5To give justice to the COMPLETE Range of EUROPA products

6To methodically increase the reach of EUROPA products throughout the assigned market

7Number of Dealers handling -Minimum 150

8Regularly review the performance of Team.

9Responsible for OD Activities like
- Recruitment, Training, PMS, GFCF etc.

10Prepare Business Plan of Area-sense of Business and Potential

11Responsible for OD Activities like
- Recruitment, Training, PMS, GFCF etc.

12Branch/ESP/C & F handling
- tickets closer

3-7 years of experience

MBA (Marketing) must

Own Vehicle and driving license mandatory

Willing to relocate PAN India

We will be hiring very good/bright SE/SSE from the industry. They will be trained for 4 months, 2 months in HO Pune, 2 months in market. Assessment will be done on regular basis, after completing training they will be deputed at PAN India locations. The locations would be North India, East India & Central India.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
