**Technical Lead (Automation)**

**Job Description & Qualifications**
- Must have hands on programming and scripting experience in Java/JavaScript using Selenium
- Experience in developing web automation frameworks using Data Driven, Keyword Driven or Hybrid techniques.
- Well versed with behavior-driven development in test automation
- Must have hands on experience on any one of the API testing with HTTP tools: Postman, SOAP UI, Swagger & end to end knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS/TCP etc.
- Strong working experience within an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Worked with DBs: ORACLE, MySQL
- Experience in setting up/configuring Jenkins Master/Slave configurations. Exposure to CI/CD/DevOps practices would be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience in: Bitbucket, or Git or SVN repos, Docker Containers
- Skilful in Analysis and Troubleshooting

**Qualification and Experience**

Essential
- BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience**:7 to 9 years** of experience with Automation

- Design and develop Automation framework and scripts using latest frameworks and JavaScript / Java technologies and contribute to all phases of the development/testing lifecycle
- Ensure Test scripts follow specifications and prepare / produce releases of software components / modules
- Ensure that the design/implementation of Automation Framework is highly modular, portable, and optimized for the given platform
- Familiar with Black box and White box testing for Unit tests as well as Integration tests
- Familiar with writing test scripts for REST API and Web services for micro-services architecture

**Basic Qualifications**:

- ** 9**+ Years** of hands-on Experience on Java with strong knowledge of OOPs
- Adequate working knowledge of Selenium / WebDriver, Appium, Cypress, Java API, TestNG or Junit. Performance and security testing tools
- Extensive experience in developing web service clients and providers for RESTful and SOAP implementation
- Desired experience in Mobile & Web automation
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or any RDBMS
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools is desirable
- Strong knowledge of build/deployment automation and continuous integration highly desirable
- Knowledge of AWS / any cloud will be useful.
- Advanced understanding of source code repositories and branching and merging strategies.
- Awareness to Software Development and Testing lifecycle
