**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs across various mediums. Your role will involve planning design concepts, illustrating artwork, and preparing finished art using design software. You will collaborate with other team members, outside agencies, and various stakeholders to produce high-quality graphics and layouts. You will be expected to have a strong eye for visual composition and demonstrate proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator. Your creative skills and understanding of marketing and multimedia design will contribute to the success of our products and brand.

**Responsibilities**:
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Studying relevant information and materials to plan design concepts effectively.
- Designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and obtaining approval for the designs.
- Operating necessary equipment and design software to prepare finished art.
- Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, including web designers, marketers, and printers.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites using software like Photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.
- A keen eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to giving and receiving constructive criticism to improve designs.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design tools to enhance design capabilities.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
