Kirel Creations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. We are a digital marketing & Branding agency committed to delivering high-quality design solutions to our clients. We are currently open to hiring skilled freshers who are passionate about graphic design and eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Generate fresh ideas and innovative design solutions that align with the brand identity and objectives of our clients.
- Use graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit visual content.
- Ensure consistency in branding and adherence to design guidelines across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand client requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
- Familiarity with web design principles and basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is an added advantage.
