11. He will be responsible for identifying and selling commercial interiors and design solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as a key factor to build long-term relationships with clients.
12. The critical purpose of the role is to meet and exceed pre-agreed sales targets.
13. Will be responsible for maintaining and updating enquiries data base and follow up
14. To maintain the presentations, albums and usage of the same for effectively managing the enquiry
15. Will be responsible for carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand
16. Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback.
17. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
18. Arrange initial client meetings and convey their requirements to Interior designers and in coordination with designers send the proposal to the client
19. Execution of agreements with customers
20. Timely payment collection as per the company policy
21. Ensure the proper updating of periodic status of works and other details to customers
22. During the completion time of work ,visit the site along with the client and prepare & verify the work with our check list
23. During the handing over time paper works like Handing over letter, Guarantee certificates, Bill copies if any etc should be handed over to the client
24. Prepare dos & donts instruction to client for keeping the long life of interior.
25. Before handing over, ensure that there is no pending dues from client side
