Key Responsibilities

**Develop and Implement Strategies**
- Create and execute comprehensive SEO and social media plans to improve search rankings and foster online community growth.

**Keyword Research & Analysis**
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
- Analyze competitor tactics and market trends to refine strategies.

**Content Optimization & Creation**
- Optimize website and marketing content for SEO.
- Guide and support the creation of engaging, brand-aligned social media and digital content.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms.
- Design and implement campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand loyalty.

**Technical SEO**
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues with site structure, crawlability, indexing, and page performance.

**Link Building**
- Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and improve organic rankings.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track KPIs such as traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Prepare and present performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to integrate SEO and social media best practices into all digital initiatives.

**Stay Updated**
- Keep up to date with search engine algorithm updates, platform changes, and emerging industry trends to ensure a competitive digital strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and social media management platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
