Noida, India HHS Academy Full time

We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced **Female Sr. training advisor and student support executive**.

Counsels and confers with students within a program of study and with prospective students; provides program procedures, policies, goals and objectives, technical guidance, and problem resolution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Provide full student support and engagement during and post-training
- Work with customers to better understand their requirements and offer services to cross-sell / up-sell.
- Initiates, develops and sustains strong positive relations with program coordinators and other team members to ensure achievement of the mission and goals of the department and institution.
- Meet with sales and marketing teams to assess company performance.
- Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality
- Maintains student records on database, creates and provides reports; provides contact point for enrolled and prospective student information.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
- Ability to prepare reports and use an appropriate mode of communication.
- Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- Excellent customer support and service skills, well presentable
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 3 years (preferred)
- Education administration: 1 year (preferred)
